VARIETIES: 70% Grenache noir – 30% Syrah
CHARACTERISTICS: Its light red color perfectly reveals the Grenache grape in its Corbières soil. The nose is rich with juicy fruit, between strawberry and raspberry, redcurrant and cherry, it’s joyful.
A note of violets for the Syrah with a touch of tapenade and black pepper. Just as present on the nose as on the palate, the fruit melts into the fine tannins, leaving a mineral framework with a delicate
fresh, long-lasting sage bitterness.
A wine to accompany grilled meat with the spices of the garrigue, but also surprising with vegetables such as baked eggplant or onion fondue with juniper.
